More than a Career in Travel & Tourism TUI Travel PLC is currently seeking outstanding graduates for the TUI Travel PLC International Management Trainee Programme.

This 18 months experience is open to talented and passionateindividuals from around the world and will give you amazing exposure within the world’s leadingtravel company.

Once on board you’ll have the choice of a wide variety of assignments across our four businesssectors Mainstream, Accommodation & Destinations, Specialist & Activity and Emerging Markets.

Our objective is to develop future leaders for roles in TUI Travel PLC, to develop your business and management skills and provide experience in all aspects of our business. What you can look forward to:

• An exciting mix of day-to-day business and project work - enjoy what you do! 
• 3-4 month assignments – working in our different businesses 
• Exceptional experience in all aspects of our organisation, sharing our passion to make travel experiences special 
• Working with senior managers at different locations across the world 

What we're looking for in you:

• A good degree (or equivalent) from a university or a business school
• English language skills to business standard, and fluency in one other language
• International experience (work experience, internship or study)
• An innovative, entrepreneurial, motivated professional approach
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills
• Flexibility to be internationally mobile
